1327. Macole77 : My father’s birth name was Alfred Lee Fritchman, born 9/21/43, and adopted via The Cradle in 1944 in Jackson County, Missouri. Name was changed to William Lawrence Jones. Was adopted by Lula Mae (nee Trigg) and John Edwin Jones. My father and grandparents are deceased and all I have are his custody and adoption certificates (both issued by Jackson County Court).

Birth mother's name is Christina.

1329. Emeraldvine : My half brother may have been born in St Louis, MO. Mother’s name was Frances Gates (Flanagan) She was around 15 or 16 when she had a son. Father was Jordan Podeschi, but may not be in the records. She was at Home for Unwed Mother’s. Possibly adopted through them or Catholic church. Parents were both from Springfield, IL. He would have been born in Illinois or Missouri I assume and would have been put up for adopted pretty quickly after birth. Unsure of birth date, the year would have been around 1965, 1966 or 1967.
1332. Sorrel : My birth name was Barbara Bialek. I found this on my birth certificate upon my (adopted) parents passing. My birth mother was a 24 year old Registered Nurse. She evidently was a catholic, of polish heritage. Bio. father was a 30 year old non com.officer in the armed services. I was from the Welfare Dept. in Kansas City MO. I believe my bio. mothers name was Helen but cannot be sure. I would be interested to 1. see if she is alive and 2. if i have any siblings. My parents adopted me when i was 6 weeks old and we lived in South Bend Indiana . My father was a lawyer and later a judge. I waited until they both passed to pursue this.
