A short time after his birth she and her mother took the train to Kansas City, Mo. where he was adopted. I’m pretty sure it was either through St Anne’s or Catholic Charities. Mom told me he was adopted by an older couple and the husband was a doctor. His biological father was a medical student at the time he was born.
