376. MoxyFem : My family is looking for descendants of a child born to my great aunt’s sister in law, Gertrude Gartner, who died shortly after childbirth. Gertrude was a single mother and no records remain of the birth. We don’t know the gender of the baby, when the baby was adopted, by whom, where, or anything. We do know that there is a substantial headstone placed for Gertrude Gartner (Elmwood Cemetery, Linneus, Linn County, Missouri) and we don’t know who could have placed it (Gertrude Gartner’s family probably would not have had the means to purchase such a large display). Any help is so appreciated. xoxo
377. Iamlove : I surrendered my baby girl at birth. She was born on Feb. 3, 1970 11:45pm in St. Louis Missouri. I think it was DePaul hospital, but am not sure. I went through a Catholic agency at the time. She was adopted at birth. I did not get to hold her, but I did get to see her through a window. She had lots of dark brown hair, blue eyes. Birth mom was 20 yrs old. I stayed with the Poppitz family in St. Louis. The Catholic agency set me up to live there during the pregnancy. I cooked and cleaned and took care of their 5yr old daughter. The Catholic agency told me they found a Catholic family and that she would have brothers and sisters. However when I called the Catholic agency they did not have a record of me. I want her to know she is , and always has been loved. I always wanted the best for her.
381. Terrell76 : An old friend calls me drunk three days go and told me she gave our son away in 1999 or 2000. I never knew and am seeking any help available to find him. Mother was Jennifer Jenn Davis
382. Andreawindafgin : I really want to meet my birth parents. My adoption agency was called Chosen Children. The owners were Barbara and Ray Khalif ( don’t know if I spelled last name correctly... I know my adopted parents took me on an airplane from Louisville KY to Springfield‚ New Jersey when I was only 2 weeks old. My parents told me that my biological mother was only 16 when she gave birth to me... To let you know "mom" I’m not upset at you at all... I’m very thankful and you were extremely brave to do something like that.... Thank you..... NOW LET’S MEET ALREADY!!!
384. SWray : My sister’s birth month and day are not accurate. Her approximate birth year was 1972-73?
