When she turned 21 I contacted the agency that placed her and my letter was forwarded to the adoptive parents. I received back a letter asking questions about my health and pictures of me at certain ages. I was very hopeful that I would be allowed to contact her. I received back a letter again that told me the parents had not told her and had no plans to tell her‚ therefore I could not connect with her.
I held you in my arms for only an hour‚ but you have been in my heart ever since. I gave you up for adoption because I was single and I felt that having two loving parents would be better for you. I just want to know if you are ok. Please understand that I will love you forever.
