I recently discovered the birth certificate was forged‚ wrong address listed‚ birth mother’s name misspelled‚ and my grandmother’s signature (which was notarized btw) was forged by her mother. Your birth mother suffered lifelong mental anguish as a consequence and her dying wish was to FIND YOU‚ unfortunately she passed in 1997.

He was placed with my husband and me a few days later, and the adoption was final on December 3, 1981. His birth mother’s name was Gail and she named him Curt. Every day I have prayed for the health and happiness of his birth parents. We named him Richard, and call him Ricky. He has been healthy his whole life until 7 weeks ago, and now has an unusual disease. It would be helpful to know more of the health history of one or both birth parents.
