He has two people on his Registration Card that was filled out in Jay, Oklahoma. Their names are Goldie Rushing and Ora Nations.

1716. JohnHughes78 : Her birth mother was Tamara William’s. She was born at North Kansas City Hospital and the adoption was handled by a lawyer based in Liberty Missouri the day after her birth. I was told her name was to be Margaret Bailey Williams with the last name to be changed to the adoptive parents but this may have not have been the case. There was a letter from me to the adoptive parents regarding my family medical history and I received some pictures as well at that time. This was in 2004. Unfortunately, this is all the information I know at this time.
