859. StacyCamacho : So a little about my history. It is actually to solve. A little background information. My great grandmother passed away in 1934. Jean Caswell was around the age of 6 while her sister Elizabeth, was a little bit older than a year old. From what I discovered is that after my great grandmother passed, in the 1940 census at Ward 3, Carrollton, MO, found my grandfather who was about 14 years old. Unfortunately unable to find anything else about the girls. Also, rumor has it, his sister also gave away two children, and unknown if it is true either at this point. They divorced, and from there, I have no idea. I recently did a DNA test on Ancestry.com, so hopefully there may be something out there to give me a clue. I have also recently discovered, I may have a 1st cousin out there as well on my mom’s side, but no relation to my grandfather’s side. The person who manages this profile is 408johns and has initials of (B.J.). My Uncle has no kids whatsoever, so may be a brother or sister they never knew about that had kids.
860. Lovethelake : Hi, I wanted to find my birth daughter, who I put up for adoption. She was never forgotten and thought of always in my heart. Being older and wiser, it was the right decision that her birth father and myself were just too young and knew we probably not stay together. Just to know she is alright and have a happy life is what I always wonder and need to know. I thank you for the help. Angela Keilwitz
861. Selectamembername : I am searching for a male child born in March or April of 1972 in St. Louis, Missouri. The birth mother’s name was Suzanne Morien Leitschuh, DOB 9-9-48. She named her beloved son Anthony Edward Leitschuh, and this name was, no doubt, changed by the adoptive parents. He was born with lots of dark hair, and a healthy wirey body. He was born in a small private catholic hospital, NOT St.Louis university Hosp NOT in the Washington Blvd. one either..
862. Tyowell1970 : My birth Mother’s name was Rebecca Calhoon. My birth Father was Harvey Smothers. Her 1st marriage was to Marvin Pennington. Her 2nd marriage was to Harvey Smothers. Most of her children were born in the St Louis Mo area. I was. born in Marion IL. The last names would be Calhoon, Pennington, Smothers and Carly. I’m searching for any family members.
864. AnnieRoonie : I think I was born or adopted from Nevada, Missouri. I was 4-6 yrs old, had a tri-cycle I road up and down the street in front of the apartment building I lived in. The apartment was in the middle of the street in about 1957 and an elementary school was at the end of the street. Some man gave me candy. I lived with a woman with blond or grey hair and a man that sat all of the time in the living room. These people were hurt one night and I was taken away by a man. There were lots of men at the bedroom door that looked like Elliot Ness men with rifels. I had a black and white teddy bear. A boy named Ricky about 3-4 years older than me played jacks on the rickety wood floor upstairs. I was called Ann, then.
