The doctor who made the laboratory report #78443 with date of 4/11/1945 (The Sackett Laboratory) is named D.T. Van Del. The mother’s name is listed as Hallie, aged 21, 5ft 2inches, Gray eyes and dark brown hair.
The child’s name before adoption was Nancy Peterson and the guardian ad litem for said child was named Richard B. Kirwan.

The adoption was handled through the San Bernardino County Social Services in CALIFORNIA... Where I am currently residing. The social workers name was Lorraine Habekost from San Bernardino County Social Services Agency in California. Adoption Decree dated July 1975. I was born in Waynesville‚ Missouri (Pulaski County). but moved to California when I was adopted.

She was adopted in Hillsboro, Missouri September 1997.
2414. Mvj2288 : Looking for my birth parents. My adoption was arranged before I was born. I was born in the Missouri/Illinois area. My birth parents were mid to late twenties when I was born. I have more information that only a birth parent would know but I would like to use that info to confirm with them.
I also have a brother who is 1 year older from the same parents, who was placed for adoption a month after I was born. I have not been in contact with him either.
2415. Per.Fred.A : STEVE‚ you were adopted through the Catholic adoption agency. Didn’t know that I had a child until for about 15 years after the fact. The adoption most likely happened in SD through the Catholic adoption agency. I believe that baby was a male with a possible name of Steve (not confirmed) I worked for her dad on a farm within 15 miles from Parkston‚ we developed a relationship I was 20 or 21 mother was 16 or younger.
