306. MommaSmurf23 : It has come to light (June 2016) that my biological father is NOT in fact my biological father. I had heard rumors about a tall blonde man visiting me at my great grandmother’s home during about the years of 1980-1983. (ABOUT) I can assure you my legal father was NOT blonde (he had very dark hair) Plus my legal father did not reside in my home state or his at that time. I’ve had one adult from back then and a cousin confirm this man exists. Then my grandmother tried to tell me who he was before she passed. Her health was declining quickly at that point so she couldn’t get her thoughts and words together. (she passed less than 2 weeks after that) I confronted my "mother" and she didn’t say anything nor have I heard from her since.
DNA testing with a "sibling" confirmed this news. Whomever my father is could have a genetic blood disorder that is inherited.
Working on doing ancestry DNA testing to see IF it uncovers anything in regards to my search.
My biological father would have resided in Salina, Kansas 1976-1977 or in the Kansas City area, Missouri during that time frame.
I was told I was "early" for years but at 9 pounds 10 ounces and confirmation from my legal father and his "sister", I was late. My conception date was between Christmas 1976 to the New Year going into 1977, ABOUT.
My "mother" was already pregnant with me when she "hooked up" with my legal father. He was just a good "mark" because she was 16 and he was 24.
I am mainly looking for my biological father because I need a medical history from him. Anything more............I take life day by day. Not wanting to interfere with anyone’s life if it’s not something we agree upon.
I am tall (5’8), very blonde when I’m not coloring my hair dark blonde and blue eyed. I may look like my "mother" facially but my height, blonde hair and fair skin is NOT her or my legal father. (he was dark complected and dark hair)
313. Vself2017 : I’m trying to locate my mother and father . I had papers but they got lost when my adopted parents died . I know my mother’s name is Ann or Anna Marie Jackson . And my father name was Victor petty . I was born in St Louis Missouri but that’s all I have on both of them.
315. Courtneyann1998 : My name is Courtney Ann diemler
My name before adoption was Courtney Paige Simmons my mother samantha Simmons and my father Daniel im not sure if he has the same last name. I was adopted in Missouri not sure what city. And the adoption was finalized in Jefferson City I think.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
