I was told he was born in either Joplin, Missouri or Alaska in Oct 22 ? Of 1952-1963 but was picked up in Missouri by the then governor of Texas Jarrard, The adoption was under the table. He may have been adopted or possibly raised by his father HIs name was Rickey or Richard and had a younger brother named Randy who was probably born around 54 or 55. I have some old pictures from the 1950s before his mom and dad split. His mom was Betty Sue and father’s name may have been William or Bill. Last name began with a W based on what my mom remembered.
