I am not the bialogical parent of either child. Joseph is the boy I have , he has had a pretty ruff life siblings that are much older then him. We do know a couple was selected prior to birth to adopt the child but cannot remember where they lived. Possibly NY or New Hampshire. Baby was named Brandon at birth. My husband is orginally from Tampa, FL, his name would not have been on paperwork as they did not give him any rights since mother of baby was married to other man.
