3213. Dawnwallace : My first cousin‚ Laura Suzette Wallace gave birth to a son in 1980 or 1981 and he was given up for adoption. She was at the Crittenton Home for Unwed Mothers in Charlotte‚NC. I do not know the date of birth or any other information. My cousin died in a car accident in 1983 and it was at that time I became aware of this child. Both of her parents and all other relatives that knew any details are now deceased as well. She does have a living brother‚ but he doesn’t have any information. I am trying to locate this child of my cousin‚ who is now an adult. I at least want him to know what happened to his birth mother. The father’s first name was Frank and I believe he was from Guam. That is all I know. I am on Ancestry.

We adopted her through the Children's Home Society of NC in September 1991 and she was called Monica at that time‚ but that name was given to her by her foster mother we believe. Her birthmother was born in 1959 or 1960‚ was Catholic and was an only child. She may have had another child about 10 years earlier that was also placed for adoption (a son) and we would like to locate her half-brother also. Please help if you can. My father passed away in 2001 and was always told he was adopted at birth in Richmond virginia by a couple named Chester Lee & Althea Robinson that lived in North Carolina.
