3005. Jmfsumner74 : My child was born in Wilson‚ NC at Wilson Medical Center (I believe). DSS oversaw the adoption. My child was possibly a daughter as a nurse did say "we will take good care of her" as they discharged me.
3006. Cbritt : I was born in Moore County in North Carolina at Moore Regional Hospital‚ on April 12‚ 1982. I was adopted on August 25th‚ 1982 to a couple in Salisbury‚ North Carolina. It was a closed adoption and the only information I have is‚ my birth mother was 15 and birth father was 16
3008. BDRobert564 : I am looking for my grandmother's birth family. She was born to a woman that had multiple children. My grandmother was the only one to be given up. She was adopted by William and Mary Moore. My grandmother said the bio family's name is Bearden and that she was a Bearden until the adoption. Assuming that is correct she would have been born Betty Christine Bearden then changed to Moore once adopted. She had 1-2 siblings she spoke to for years from the bio family‚ one's name being Esther. I believe the family lived and the adoption all took place in North Carolina and South Carolina. The bio moms name may be something like Geneva.
3011. JKShepherd : My adopted name is James Kelley Shepherd I have very blonde hair I was adopted out of Wilkesboro NC around 1971 at 6 months old I was told my birth mother wasn't married and was very wealthy and the family sent her here to have me because they were embarrassed I have found 1 biological sister that lives near me but I don't think we have the same mom and dad
3012. Nicka : I am looking for my youngest brother who was adopted when he was a baby. Our mom named him Ruben Thomason‚ but she said that his adopted parents gave him their last name as well which is Martinez‚ from what our mother has told me his adoptive parents are black. He was born June 6th‚ 2006 in Lexington‚ NC he should be around 19-20 years old now. His adoptive mother is or was an RN nurse at the hospital he was born at. I believe it was Lexington Memorial Hospital. I believe it was a closed adoption. Please help me find my brother.
3013. Flowers11 : Alexis Maria has a brother named Christian Jamie.
Before they were adopted‚ last name was Schneider
Their biological mother‘s name is Jodie and father’s name is Michael
I am the biological aunt the sister to these children’s father. I have always searched for them.
3014. EarlGrubbs : I was born in Statesville‚ NC in Iredale County. I was told by adopted parents my birth mother was.a student at the university of North Carolina
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
