It is my understanding that my biological parents were local college students who were not prepared to raise a child at the time. 1898. Hyaklin : Female child born on or about 1-1-1956named Constance LaNell at birth possibly in Fayetville, North CarolinaCumberland County. Birth Father was said to be a MP in the Army and birth Mother a nurse. Grandmothera teacher.
Was told Constance had two brothers a little bit older than her and they were all placed into foster homes before being adopted.
Constance was adopted (final adoption proceeding in July 19, 1958 in Superior Court, state of N.C, Cumberland County.

1901. Angel69127 : I am searching for my grandma’s oldest sister. She was born in Oregon in 1919 but I don’t know if that is where the adoption took place. Her birth mom’s family originated from Virginia or West Virginia. Her birth mom died July 6, 1919. The name on the records I’ve found show her birth name as Marie Lois Hodges.
