1673. Joe7073 : Joe born 4-7-55 (we think) was told that he was found as a new born in the middle of the road. Fast forward he was adopted between 61-63 from some orphanage in Virginia and moved to N.C. This is all the info that we have. He has done Ancestry DNA and has filled out the form for a non-identify. Does this ring any bells for anyone?
Update: Found out he was not adopted in Va. so now we assume it was from NC
1674. 214598 : Adoptee was born in Rock Hill, York County, South Carolina and was adopted in Durham County, North Carolina thru the Durham County Department of Social Service at the age of two. Small identifying details are few. Not sure how correct they are. May have been in the custody of a grandmother before being adopted. Both birth parents were maybe 18 years of age. One could have had the name of Wilkerson. There may have been a dentist in the family. Would love to find one or both birth parents or relative. She has done DNA but cannot connect.
