Because the child was born prematurely. I received the news in 2019. I have been going back in fourth. Her legal first name is Heaven. I have a collage of different pictures of her. I’m trying to take DNA to find out if she is my biological child. If so I will talk to adopted parents. So I can state that the mother practiced acts of negligence and etc. I had no idea about this and I do not want to be held accountable for her actions.

I am searching for my birth parents... The information I’ve obtained thus far is they are of Romanian/Moldova/Germany/Hungarian decent. I’ve found out that a family immigrated to the US and their last names are ‘Schmidt/Schmied/Beglau/Kunusch/Stepanov’.
I also found out that there may have been another family that might have immigrated to Canada/USA and their last names are ‘Schwarz/Welty/Hamman/Mader/Hümer(Haters)/Black/Blacksmith/Smith/Smythe/Krumpholz’.... I am on Family tree DNA as well I uploaded to gedmatch as well...

Birth mother’s name would have been Virginia Mae Kiser my half-sibling was adopted through Florence Crittenton Services in Charlotte.
