That she could have been adopted to be anywhere from 1964 to 1980 because I’m not sure if she was older or younger than myself. I think she was younger but I’m just covering my basics. The baby was sent to a foster family for 90days where they were able to adopt him after. It was supposed to be open‚ so the last time my mom got info on him he was around 1yr old. I was told by the social worker that was in charge of this case (Sally Gordon) that he would’ve been placed in Mecklenburg County‚ due to the need & keeping them close by.
