1583. LAR36s : I was born on 05/14/85 in NC and was adopted through Children’s Home Society on 06/18/85. I don’t have any information on my birth father but the information for my birth mother is that she was 14 years old while pregnant with me. Her father was 34 and her mother was 31. She also had a step brother at the time. She also only told her mother and aunt about the pregnancy. I’m just hoping to get the chance to connect with my birth family and learn about some of the roots where I’m from.
1584. Kawanabrown6969 : I’m just looking for my son Dasani Brown mommy loves you and I’m sorry I had to go through the things that I had to go through but I’m looking for you and I want you in my life please if you’re out there get in contact with your mother
1587. Marcie0161 : My father (now deceased 1982) was adopted from the Children’s Home Society, Greensboro NC, either in 1935 or 1936 as a small baby, but my understanding not a newborn. His adoptive parents were Lucian and Martha Rebecca "Sue" Dunn (that were known to me as my grandparents) lived in Laurel Hill, NC (both deceased). There have been multiple stories about his adoption: One is he was born to an unwed mother and the father was a wealthy individual that she worked for and he would not recognize being the father. Another is his mother and father were killed by a train. Also, he was born in a county that did not border Scotland County (Laurel Hill), according to the adoption agency. My father passed away in 1982. Before his death he tried to obtain information from the Children’s Home Society to no avail. My mother did the same without success. All of my mother’s side of the family have also passed away, so other than very distant cousins, I have no one else.
1590. Crystalking06 : I’m not exactly sure of exact birth date. Could be in month of October and 1971-1972. Our mother couldn’t remember details after her stroke. I’ve been searching for years. I hope I can find you and connect. Please contact me if you think you could be the match.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
