2809. NishaGail : My name is Donnisha‚ I was born in Cape Fear Valley Hospital to Donnie Kitchen in 1983. My mother‚ who was white‚ had my twin brothers with a man they called Artis (not sure of last name). He worked at the Kelly Springfield Tire Plant in Fayetteville. He was bald and dark-skinned complexion.Their names were Jonathan and Joshua‚ and they were born in 1990. They were brown skinned (maybe caramel) complexion and identical twins.
My mother and Artis had another son named Waymond a year later‚ but I was told his adopted family(the McCalls?) changed his name to Andrew. His adopted sister was named Dorothy‚ and adopted mother was Rhonda. I don’t know anything else about them.
One of our social workers that I remember was Lynda Parlett. We were all split up because of the racism in that area during the time. Any information or clues will help‚ I’ve been searching for a long time. It hurts to know that you have family but don’t know if they’re alive and in good health for all these years. I have children and grandchildren now‚ so I’d like to know before it’s too late.

Her travel records list her birth date as October 3‚ 1909‚ but the 1915 New Jersey Census says she was born a year earlier in 1908. She died June 21‚ 1983. She was my grandmother. My grandfather was Alphonso Cornell Cotton Sr.‚ 1900-1971. My father was Alphonso Cornell Cotton Jr.‚ 1925-1998.

I never had any contact with my birth family. I'm reaching out to see if anyone could help me find my birth mother and family. I was born on July 17‚ 1988 in Wake County‚ NC and adopted in August 1988. I do not know my birth mother's last name.
What I know is the following. My birth mother was a track star in high school. I have either 3 to 4 older sisters. My adoptive parents told me that my birth mother's husband/partner was incarcerated when I was conceived and that my birth father was not my birth mother's husband/partner.
I'm guessing that my birth mother is now in her 60's. Any information you can share would be most appreciated.
2818. Sp112 : Hello‚ I was born on 25 Feb 1986. Looking for my birth parents. I was adopted APR 1986.
