1441. 1968Ann : Born in Fargo, North Dakota early am (around midnight), so birth date might be 8/2/1968 or 8/3/1968. Lutheran Social Services transferred infant to Minnesota approximately 2 weeks later to be adopted. Has a Minnesota birth certificate ! Has an original birth certificate in ND.
1442. JMJ53 : I am searching for some info in regards to my mother who was adopted. She was adopted from Catholic Charities of Winona Minnesota and to a couple with the surname of JANCA. On her birth Certificate it states that she was born in Dane County, WI and in February of 1953. Not much more is known. We are searching for any leads that can help us getting in touch with medical history, etc. of her birth parents to help with some medical issues occurring now and preventative care for her children.
1443. Ldahms : Adoptee born 9/18/78 in Waconia, MN. Went to foster care for 6 weeks. Adopted through Lutheran Social Services.
Birth mother was young, 18-20, short stature. Birth father was in his 40’s.

I’m your aunt and I am curious if you want to know us? My brother would be your bio dad. Not sure I he ever signed your birth certificate.
