I love him very much , and for four years it was the two of us , until his father came around after Elliott was 3 years old and couldn’t afford support which he hadn’t to date anyway and we had all we needed yet , I didn’t want his father to be a part of his life ,while Elliott was influenced easily as he had nothing good to give him in my opinion , I wanted to wait for Elliott to seek him out if he needed to , but we were fine , we had a good home , he had all he needed , we were happy , but his father wasn’t and decided with Anoka county that it was best to take Elliot from from his home and Family , as a way of some sort of revenge towards me as I wanted no part of anything he had to offer, which was nothing but exactly what he did offer , means to tear our family apart so he didn’t owe any kids child support , and at my sons expense when we didn’t want or need his fathers money . and by no means can anyone Justify , it was needed for my sons welfare , they could not find anything wrong w his life w me , clean place , all the education , toys , love and certified day care while mom was at work , he rode horses and prayed and loved super why on channel 2 ! He ate fresh green veggies , and drank milk and water , didn’t eat fast food , his hearing was tested , he had tubes put in , he had birthday party’s and went to the zoo w mom . It was about pride and money , since his father doesn’t have any, never gave Elliott a cent , but still stormed in his life to take him from the life we knew , and I do not know what that meant for my sons, but after a year of fighting and losing the battle because the social workers mind was made up from day one , i was forced to sign my rights over as my aunt and mother passed away , and I haven’t been able to see him since . Looked for him , and the planned adoptive family since , which the mother won’t explain anything to me , her daughter was kind enough to tell me the story her mother told her on why Elliott was not with them and the Entire time with not one person doing what was best for my son since he was taken out of my home while his father was watching him for the first tIme as I handled a situation and and came home to my life gone as I knew it . Elliott was brilliant ! Sweet and fun ! He loved soccer and his grandparents and they loved him . He knew of god and could speak Spanish and knew sign language . He was to be adopted by Lynn swuart and her daughter alexia , who just recently moved to coon rapids mn where I finally tracked them down and alexia was old enough to tell me the horrifying news that while I searched for my son and his adoptive family Lynn and Alexia , they had made decision not to adopt Elliott so now I am lost and need hope of finding him where I will be a friend a mother , family if he needs and or wants me to be , I will be in his life to stay and never abandon him again . I hear nickleback far away and I cry for my son as that is the song that played , while the only comfort I have had wondering n missing that amazing little boy is that god doesn’t make mistakes and I was not meant to be w him this whole tkme but Elliott I love you , you deserve all the love and family to support you, your amazing , everyone loved you abc knew you were special and a joy to be around , I’m so sorry I let u down , in the end I was the one responsible for You and I failed you however pray you found a family that has and can and will give you more than this single mom could’ve at the time as a blessing . You are my little peanut . I never one day not ached for you , I have your baptism information as you were baptized in St. Paul mn catholic . Theodore is your grandfathers name who I named you after who has been passed away for a long time now but your grandparents loved you so much. You were born 9 lbs 5 oz at mercy hospital , I was induced , and over due you were healthy ! 22 inches long . I have the pictures of you inside my tummy still and your immunization records and birth certificates, pics of your baptism every year on every holiday and birthday we got our pictures taken. I have your first Easter , and this below is your second Christmas .
