378. Kaifbryant : I’m looking for my aunt on behalf of her birth siblings. She has 4 of them, 2 brothers and 2 sisters. She was born in Minneapolis, MN, likely in Hennepin County General Hospital, but I’m not certain. She would have been placed for adoption within days of birth in June 1966. Her birth name was Marion (or Marian) Bryant. Her adoptive family’s surname may have been Beecher, but I’m not certain about that either.
385. Cbags1012 : Looking for Jeanne Ann rose, born 6-6-1962. Iborn in Saulk centre, stearns county, Minnesota, birth parents were Sharon lee Bousley- Rose 16 at the time of giving birth) and Carl Allen Rose (.22 ) was in the Air Force during babies birth 1962
387. Kstrauma : I was put up for adoption through Lutheran Social Services, located in Belle Plaine, MN. I believe my birth mother’s name may have been Jennifer or Jenny Olson, who may have attended a college in or near Duluth, MN. At the time of my birth she may have been living on Snelling Avenue or Larpenteur Avenue in St. Paul, MN. My given name was Baily.
388. KimberlyBurns1983 : Hi my name is Kimberly Burns I live in California but I was raised in Minnesota with 9 other siblings we were all raised in the foster system this is when one of my siblings became pregnant with a baby boy this baby meant so much to me because this sister named this baby after myself and another sibling so I’m trying to locate him because there is a big family that want him to be apart of also I would like to find him because we have had two siblings pass away so my way of trying to locate him is a way from myself and family can heal I just hope to find him and get closure to his were about
389. Dkwertz : I was told by my mother, Lenore Eileen Anderson (Lennie) that she had a little girl when she was in high school. She didn’t specify a year but graduated from Lake Mills High School around 1944-45 so prior to then. She may have delivered in Minnesota as she planned to give the baby up for adoption. After delivery she stated she just didn’t have the heart to give the baby girl she named Gayle up. She then moved in with her older sister and brother in law, (Bernice and Clarence Huus) in Northwood Iowa. One night she woke up and realized that the Gayle had not awakened her. She got up and found her sister and brother in law at the kitchen table, her sister was crying. She was told that during the night a pastor and his wife had come to the house with papers to take Gayle. Gayle was less than 2 months old. My mother was devasted and felt there was no way to find her. Prior to her passing, she hoped that one day I would be able to locate her as technology and laws changed.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
