1051. Cltilgh : The Children’s Home Society of Minnesota was the agency that I was adopted through. I was placed in the home of the Gutz family until I was adopted by Granville and Esther Tilghman. The Gutz family is white, I am African American as were my adoptive parents.
My father before he passed away told me that my birth mother was a young teenage girl but he didn’t know much more about her.

1053. Nitelite : Birth mother’s name is Rita Mae Nye. She was born May 6, 1933. Last known address is in Indiana, but she was a dancer and traveled the US.
1056. Susanjeanrobins : I am looking for a sister that my mother gave up for adoption in 1993. She was born on November 23rd. Parents are ROLAND ROBINS and TERESA PRIESTLEY. Adoption was in Minnesota. I think. At least she was born in Minnesota to the best of my knowledge. Mom said she named her Salina Marie Robins at birth but thinks her name was changed to Emily Helen. Something about NEW JERSEY so not sure if adoption was there or not.
1057. Dave55055 : I was born at either Ramsy or Children’s hospital and was adopted through the como adoption agency by Daniel and Judith Bishop. I was born with slight carbon monoxide poisoning ..

1062. Susanjeanrobins : Looking for my sister who was adopted out by my parents. Mother’s name is TERESA PRIESTLEY and father’s is ROLAND ROBINS. This would be my only FULL BLOODED sister and I have been searching for her for years and wondering about her. It would be SO amazing to find her and meet her one day. Her birth name was Salina Robins. She was adopted in either Minnesota or New Jersey I think. My mom doesn’t have alot of information to tell me. Birthday would be November 23rd 1993. I’m just a year older so this reunion would be SO special to me. I HAVE BEEN LOOKING. I CARE. I WANT TO KNOW YOU. ❤️❤️
1065. Skaarco : I was born in StPaul Mn. Possibly at St Paul Ramsey hospital. Childrens Home Society of Mn handled the adoption for Ramsey County as I think I was a ward of Ramsey Cty. I was in foster care through Ramsey Cty? My birth mother was 24 years old and already had several children. My Dad was 29 years old and had several children. My Mother was married to an architect but was separated and got pregnant by my father who was a bartender and he had been in the navy. When she got pregnant she was working in a bakery. She got back with her husband so they gave me up. They told story that pregnancy resulted in stillborn.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
