A Few of Our Members Currently Searching Within Minnesota Who Chose To Be Featured
1666. Adamfuchs : Iam searching for my birth parents. I was born july 2nd 1985in st.cloud Minnesota. From what I know my mom was very young 16 I think. And my dad probably doesn’t know that I even exist
1667. Allietheisen18 : Hello my name is Allison Theisen my mother closed my adoption beofre I was born. Her name is Sarah Van I’m sure she lives in Minneapolis now.
1669. KimKFW1112 : Seeking information about my fathers mother Bertina Williamsen Sondroll Forness and her twin brother William "Willy" Williamson or Williamsen
They were born in 1901 and my grandmother was later adopted by the Sondroll family ( Louis and Carrie) in Benson, MN. My grandmother and grand uncle were born to Minerdt and Karn Williamson on April 21,1901 in Cyrus, MN . Alternate name Minnert and Carrie Williamson or Williamsen.
1670. Mizdukek : I believe that I was born in Le Sueur Minnesota and I know that I was adopted through Catholic Charities in St Paul Minnesota.
I believe my birth mother was 16-17 and my birth father was 17-18 at the time.
1671. U263934 : My father was born Sept. 28, 1950 in Austin, TX. He was white and his parents were white. There was the name of Albert Alsenz listed as his father but I think that might not be true. I am almost positive the mother was Alice Marie Lane Alsenz. Albert was born in 1911 in Brooklyn, NY and Alice in 1927 in Shandaken, NY. Both parents stated they had other children from other relationships either already adopted out or in foster care waiting for papers to be signed so they can be adopted. The only indication of where these children are is the mother said she had a child in foster care ’up east’ with the parents wanting to adopt the child which may have been a boy. The Alsenz’s lived in Austin, TX in 1950-1952 and in Kansas in 1956. The Kansas census has a Donald and a Jack Alsenz listed as being with them. I don’t think these were Alice’s children. I think they were the children of Albert and a Ruth Kniffen Alsenz Hartman Olsen now buried in New Orleans, and they were visiting with Albert and Alice, with Ruth being the person in charge of them. Let me know of any info, please, by sending a message.
1672. LeslieGrossman : Hello I’m looking for any information on a baby boy born in 1973 in either clay county Minnesota or cass county north Dakota. The birth mothers name would be Shirley Hansen age 16 and birth fathers name would be keith grossman age 15 or 16 . Thank you
1673. Dylanlee08 : I think my mother was born in HCMC hospital Minneapolis Minnesota in 1964. Hennepin
county. I’m searching for more information about my mother biological family. The name she was giving after adopted is Tracy Ann Forslin. The couple that adopted her were Alma and Ernest Forslin of Hamlake MN. My mother was born a red head I was told.
1675. Nasus1976 : Hello…I guess I don’t know what to call you. My name is Suzanne Valera. Obviously it has taken a long time to get the gumption and courage to do this. I have had a good life. I have love and support from a wonderful‚ extraordinary family. You have a beautiful‚ handsome grandson. Are you willing to start this journey with me? I have many questions‚ many curiosities. Who do I look like? Do I have any siblings? That would make me the youngest and the oldest at the same time! Ha! That’s wild…. However‚ I am restless and tired of wondering about this part of my life. I need and want to know things about where I came from. Please‚ please answer my plea.
Respectfully and most sincerely‚
Suzanne Valera Wilds
1676. MaggieDeeeee : I am looking for my brother named Brent that was adopted around 1960. I believe he lives in Colorado. His birth mother was Carol. I believe he was born in Wisconsin‚ Minnesota or Iowa and was adopted immediately after birth.
1677. SallySearcher : I am searching registries on behalf of adoptee.
We do not have a lot of information. Hennepin County birth and I suspect it was at North Memorial Hospital but can not confirm.
African American Female Born 7/18/1990.
She was a high risk infant which can indicate FAS or other health issue at birth.
Working on requesting hospital records from North Memorial and HCMC since hospital was not included on the Amended Birth Certificate. Minnesota is a difficult state to search in easily as well as Catholic Charities no longer supporting adoptees without a large sum of money deposited with few results.
1678. Sisterjojo : I am search for my baby brother. Isiah denzel watson was your name. That perhaps was changed. You were born at abbot hospital in Minneapolis Minnesota. I was a kid myself and may have the date mixed up. You were born at the end of May I believe the 30th maybe the 31st. In 2007 or 2008. Your birth mothers name is Caprice however I’m sure it was a closed adoption... You most likely haven’t hear about me... You were my favorite person on the planet! I apologized the day you were born to be born into such a sad family. Mom signed us all away and I think you got adopted not just in a foster home.... I really don’t have much to go on but I really hope I find you. I have thought about you for the last 18yrs hoping and praying I’d find you.
1679. TrevoMCx92 : Rhonda is my birth mother’s first name‚ she was approximately 14 or 15 years old (34 to 35 Currently) when I was born‚ she had me in MN then later I believe moved to New York and is a US Military Medic
1680. Drowpam : We do know that when this sibling was born‚ our Mom‚ had given you a birth name. Please contact me so that we can find out if you are the person we are looking for. We would love to be able to meet you...(we are all getting older).
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
