His parents had him and his full brother in Minnesota. He was born in 1997. He had two half siblings as they did not share the same dad as him and his full brother. They were fraternal twins. I believe around 5 years younger than him (give or take). The state took him and full brother and placed them with their grandparents. He moved out to Colorado for some time then back to MN when he was 11 and was eventually given back to the state of MN.
