A Few of Our Members Currently Searching Within Minnesota Who Chose To Be Featured
436. Pvilla68 : I am searching for the birth parents of my fiance, Todd Anthony Sandell. He was born on January 3, 1967 in Minnesota. Not exactly sure when he was adopted. He was a foster child, a few days after he was born, and adopted by his foster family. HIs adopted mothers names is Mary Sandell.
My information on birth parents is limited. He thinks his mothers name might be Patricia Hause. No information on birth father.
Thank You in advance for any possible information you may have that can lead us to his birth parents.
438. Elizabeth1207 : Hi, I am looking for my sister who was born in County Cavan, Ireland in August 1957. My mums name is Lucy Reilly who was also from County Cavan, Ireland.
On my sisters original birth certificate her name was Mary Brigid. I believe that she was adopted by an american couple and taken to America, but I don’t know how true this is because of the secrecy that surrounded adoptions in Ireland in the 1950’s.
440. LVB66 : I was adopted out of foster care in MInnesota when I was about 4 years old. I have no other information about my birth family, but people have said they have seen someone who looks like me in Minneapolis. I was adopted in Duluth, Minnesota. My actual birthdate on my birth certificate is December 29, 1966, but I am not sure. I think my birth name was Erick Johnson.
441. LVB66 : I was adopted out of foster care in MInnesota when I was about 4 years old. My actual birthdate on my birth certificate is December 29, 1966, but I am not sure. I think my birth name was Erick Johnson.
442. Wyazen : I am Anne Wyatt, daughter of Barbara Krenke the birth mother of Steven Michael, born on April , 1964 at Lutheran Social Services. Was baptized and unfortunately given up to Hennepin co. My mother was pressured to do so and regretted it her whole life. She passed in 2007. I would like to, if, of course, he would, contact in any way my brother.
444. Laurahernandez : I’m unsure of the State that you where adopted from, your mother Joyce Ludwig was from Wisconsin and Minnesota, but went away for the birth.
You might have been placed thru Catholic Charities Adoption Services.
and your mother of Joyce Ludwing and father Lorne Johnson.
Also not sure what year you where born, but my best guess is the end of 1968 or early 1969, as your mother was back in MN in the mid to late 1969.
I am your sister and I was born July 1965, and we share the same father. I have had by DNA tested thru 23andme.
445. 2043just : I was born on sept. 6 1962 in downtown Minneapolis. I was put up for adoption through Lutheran Social Services of Minnesota. Based on the information I have, both my parents were 19 at the time of the adoption. I have 3 children and they ask about by parents and I have no information except for the information provided from Lutheran Social Services.
446. RBerkland : My given name at birth was Steven Jo (that is the name on my official court adoption papers) I was told that I was with my birth mother until I was about 6 months old. I know I was born in Hennepin County, MN. I was told that my birth mother was unmarried at the time. I have done the MyHeritage DNA and GED Match. More curious than anything. I do not "need a relationship", but would be open to meeting family. Not out to upset anyone. I would really like some family history information. I enjoy learning the story behind people, places, & objects. Just want to learn about "my story".
448. Jodidurkin : I believe my mother Marian Sarah Amelia Ayde may have had a child when she was around 18 or 19 years old . She lived at home in St Paul MN . She was born on April 4th 1924. In her daughter , Jodi Durkin and I was born March 9th 1955. I really believe I have a sister or brother somewhere out there and have had this gut feeling all my adult life , please help me. Thank you .
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
