The adoptive parents of Michael Kevin Fredrickson were Alvin Leonard Fredrickson and Gertrude Elizabeth (Karulak) Fredrickson.
Alvin and Gertrude Fredrickson signed an intent of adoption document on 6 August 1958 for a child named Christopher who was a ward through Catholic Social Service in Duluth‚ Minnesota notarized by Lola M. Pelletier‚ Notary Public‚ Carlton County‚ Minnesota.
Christopher’s weight and length at birth was 6 lbs 10 1/2 oz. and 20 inches long‚ per the report by Eileen M. Pohl‚ Caseworker.
Adoption Services and birth certificate provided by Diesen and Diesen‚ Attornies at Law by Donald J. Diesen through letter and statement dated 28 Oct 1959.
