721. Birthnamesusan : Hello,
I am looking for the birth family of my mother. Her birth day is August 4, 1955 (however it could be different as she was adopted through Catholic Charities). She came home with her adoptive parents around 1 week old (give or take), and the adoption was final within the first year (I believe). The stories I remember my grandmother telling me was that her birth name was Susan? Her adoptive name is Ann Holly Blair. She grew up in New Hope MN, and was born in MN. Her adoption ppwk and original birth certificate were lost in a storm. She has blonde hair and blue eyes. We do know that her decent is irish (adopted Irish catholic to irish catholic we believe).
I am married now with children of my own. We would love to know the history of the blood line, and it would be wonderful for her to meet anyone from her birth family. Her parents (adoptive parents) are both deceased now, however her adoptive mom and her searched once a long time ago (without internet). My grandmother always hoped she would have had a chance to meet the birth mother (I have adopted as well, and my friend gave hers up for adoption at a very young age) to thank her for the beautiful blessing and selfless thing she did.
Thank you
Tracey

724. Wolfenite : I am helping my sister look for her birth parents. She was born a premie in MN, name on the adoption papers was Leslee, not sure who gave the name. Her name was changed upon adoption. She did a DNA (23andme) that gave a possible birth father... we are not naming on here...sorry. In personal correspondence we can provide that as that might help with confirmation. For others looking that have not found their person... may we suggest doing a DNA test.
725. Myers1991 : I am looking for my birth parents so I will know my history and heratage to pass along to my newborn baby girl. The last name I was given about my birth mother was fink, zinc or zink. Something along those lines. I heard my birth mother was adopted as well.

He was born in a hospital in Ramsey County, Minnesota. It was a closed adoption. I have tried searching ancestry.com, but because I do not have a lot of information I have not been successful.
I have known about my brother for over 20 years. When I first found out I had a burning desire to find him. But I was only 9 or 10 and the internet didn’t exist as it does now. I’ve always wondered about my brother. Did he grow up happy? Does he have a family? He is a part of me and I’ve always felt that missing piece.
