1533. Jrossman99 : I’m searching for my female cousin who was born in the St. Cloud, MN area in 1958. She was given up for adoption by my aunt and was placed with a family in the Douglas County, MN area. My cousin tried to find her birthmother via a letter which was sent by the Stearns County Minnesota Human Services Division. This was sometime in 2003-2004. My aunt was unable to respond due to a medical condition, and her siblings decided it was best not to respond the inquiry.
My family and I would like to find my cousin and hope she is interested in meeting us.
Thank you.
1534. Sky2004 : I’m the mother to the adopted child’s half sister and I’m trying to help her locate her half brother. They obviously have the same father.
The adopted boy, Mason, was adopted shortly after his mother gave birth. She didn’t want a reminder of her affair with my husband (ex husband now). She told me she was giving Mason to her cousins whom lived outside of Illinois (where we all live) in a different state. I don’t remember the state she told me tho because that was 12-13 years ago.
I think my daughter deserves to know her one and only step sibling. And she wants to know him, too!
When college time comes along for both of them, I don’t want them to meet and fall in love and end up finding out too late that they are siblings. Mason’s mother, Mandy, shouldn’t want that either.
I think Mandy is afraid that if I find Mason, I will tell him about his real dad and what a narcissist he is and that Mandy doesn’t want her son to ever meet his birth father.
1535. MaiChang : I am looking for my half-sister (Asian-Hmong) who was adopted into another family. My Mom told me her real name is Darling, but I’m not sure if her adopted mother kept or change her name. The woman who adopted her is white. I don’t have a clue to what her name is. My Mother never knew her name either because at that time, even today, she doesn’t know or speak English. She told me this happened so long ago she can’t remember much therefore this is all of the information I have.
1537. CF32 : I had twin girls. Birth names were Alexis Nicole Lamb, and Valerie Rose Lamb. The adopted names changed to Samantha Winkler, and Allison Winkler. I lived in Casselton ND at the time. Their adopted family lived in Moorhead MN. The adoption was chosen to be open then after the first year they changed it to closed.
1538. Betul : Bio birth mother: Betul Mohammed
Bio Bother: Sesrome Mohammed
We are in search for Devonna R. Shepherd. She was at 2 months old out of Minnesota. Her birth name is Devonna R. Shepherd, DOB 12/19/1999. A lot of details have been lost over the years due bio mother being in an accident with TBI. Sesrome and the rest of family would like to meet Devonna. The new name we have is Tonya Hanson which could have been given to her after adoption. Thank you.
1539. Betul : Looking for my half sister. She was born 12/19/1999. She was given the name Devonna R Shepherd at birth. She was adopted at around 2 months old. Birth mother is Betul Mohammed.
1541. Cparker55 : Karla Jean Rode was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I think the you were born at University Hospital and adopted through Lutheran Adoption Agency.
1542. Cparker55 : You were born at Fairview Southdale Hospital in Edina, Minnesota. Your birth name is Thomas Collins Rode. Your adoption was through Minnesota Adopton Center.
1545. DeniseJensen : Looking for my half brother born 1962 or 1963. Born in Redwood Falls, MN I believe. His birth parents are Patricia Slettedahl and David Allen Heiderscheit. I would really like to know that you are ok. Anything more is up to you.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
