Birth mother was in contact with adoptive parents for first few years‚ no contact since. Limited info due to birth parent's passing.

We have no idea who his birth mother is. Or any aunts or uncle or such on that side‚ I have found some dna connections but nothing ever matches up right. My Dads Adopted parents were Donald and Catherine Townsend‚ they named him Alan Robert Townsend. Maybe his name was already Alan or a form of some of that? I just want to know where I come from‚ where I belong. I’m not out to cause pain or open wounds or anything.
