My Birth right Mother was approximately 24 years old at the time of my birth. My name is Dale, but at the time of my adoption my name was Timothy Scott or Scott which was given to me by a foster mom. I was in foster care for about 6 months. I was adopted at birth, then not taken home for 6 months which was a common practice then I guess.
