I was in prison at the time and was told I was not an option for her to be returned because of my past history and her father who is severely disabled was coherced into signing over his rights. She is a bi racial female‚ mixed african american and causation‚ Black and white. I have photos of her around the time she was placed at Dept of children and family services but because her birth took place at home with a mid wife it has only made my search more difficult.
984. V_clar : Hi - I was born on Mother’s Day 1964 in Seattle Washington. All I know is that it was 2:12 a.m. and my Mother was 21 years old and a nurse (at least that is what my parents were told). I have no information really, other than I was adopted through Catholic Charities (I think that is what they were called, I do know it was through the Catholic Church, could be Catholic Family Services or something).
