Private closed adoption (wish I hadn’t done that)through attorney Pete Felsted. Was told that the boy would be placed with a Mormon family. Don’t know if that happened or not. Was told they had a farm somewhere in SE Washington. Don’t know if that is true. When we went to sign papers my mother overheard the name Smalley - but no idea if that was related to this adoption or not.
