His daughter, Samantha Noel (Noelle) Campbell was born in December 1988 or 1989. Her birth mother is Miki Lynn Wilson (Formerly, Campbell). Samantha was born in Yakima, Washington. She was adopted by a doctor, by the last name in the sound variation of Davalle, Duvalle, DeValle, Dovalle, Duvaley, or possibly Duvall. His last known address was Cambridge Hill in Yakima, WA.
Samantha was given up due to Miki’s mental health, and Sam’s inability to provide for her. The best way I could explain Sam’s situation, is akin to that of the movie, "Sam." Samantha, although Sam’s life isn’t an ideal and extravagant life, and he has his flaws, he is such a sweet and loving father.
Through Sam, you have 3 paternal half-siblings Samuel and Joanna Campbell, and Shawnee Cady. You also get five bonus step-siblings through his wife, Nancy Lisa (R.I.P), Della, Eddie, David, and Brandon (my husband). Sam, Nancy, Brandon, and I (Nora Rosales) still live in Yakima, Wa. It would make Sam so happy to meet or talk with you. Even though he didn’t have you for long, and was more or less forced to give you up, he talks about you so lovingly and cries when he speaks of you. I’ve never met a more loving human being.

Ricky Ray Ott Jr is their father.

810. 308571 : The baby girl I am inquiring about was likely born between 1962 and 1964. Birth mother name was Lillian May "Lillie" Cruzen (4/10/1944).Birth father was Richard Sunderlin, he was in the Navy and living in Bellingham, WA. Lillie’s parents were Arthur and Hazel (Blaine) Cruzen and lived in Bellingham, WA. At the time of baby’s birth, Lillie’s mother had died and she had a step mother Amy Caroline "Carol" Cruzen. Lillie did not marry until the age of 58 and I can find no mention anywhere of a child so the assumption is that the child was adopted. Lillie died Sept 9 2012.
Now, who I am to this adoptee.
I was born in 1965 to a 16y/o birth mother in St. Paul, MN. I was also placed for adoption. My birth father, Richard Sunderlin (1/17/1941), was in the Navy, home on leave from Bellingham, WA. Later in 1965, birth father married and had 3 children. I have met my birth parents and have become close to 1 of his daughters Terry Ann. He recently decided to unburden himself and tell his daughter that there was another child in Washington state. He knew when he was living out there and the name "Lillie Cruzen" (of course no spelling of names). He also knew that Lillie had a step mother named Carol. T. A. contacted me and here we are after lots and lots of research to find more information to go on.
