I conducted research online and found my birth mother and I sent four letters to four addresess with photos of myself. She contacted me this week via email and yesterday we spoke on the phone. She also sent me a photo of herself. I would like to know more about her and more about my genetic make-up, and history to build a family tree. I want to understand my roots. She tells me I am Swedish from her mother’s side, and Polish from her fathers side. She does not know my birth father.
