Staceylange : ADOPTEE DOB: Between Aug 66-Mar 67 (King or Snohomish County WA) RACE: W | FATHER INFO: NAME - M Patterson, AGE (at birth) - 22 or 23 FEATURES- Very Tall 6’8", Brown/Green Eyes, Brown Hair ETHNICITY: Swedish / Scottish / Native American (Small %) OTHER NON-IDENTIFYING INFO ABOUT OUR FATHER: He had 2 sisters and his father (our grandfather) was an orchardist and died in 1966 and our grandmother was Swedish and died of Scarlet Fever in 1944. BIRTH MOM: May have been named Marie or Marie and was living in Western WA
I am seeking my biological half-brother or sister (not sure) about whom I have very limited information. I have been told born in the Seattle WA area sometime between August 1966 and Mar 1967, I believe they would be very tall. We share the same birth father whose last name is Patterson. Our father is very tall 6’8" and at one point played basketball for Washington State University. At the time of the birth of my half sibling our father would have been 22 or 23. Our father had brown hair, brown or green eyes and also was of Swedish / Scottish / Native American (Small %) descent and raised in Toppenish WA but living in Seattle at the time of the birth. Our birth father should be listed on your birth certificate it is my understanding he signed the adoption release papers in Yakima.
I have only recently learned of our birth father (who is living) but have information and have been in touch with other family members. I am desperate to find you and would love to connect, I have 3 children and you would be an uncle to them - I live in the Seattle area and have always wanted a "big brother".
I have done DNA testing on ancestry, 23andme, ftdna, my heritage and gedmatch. Have you tested?
Please let me know if ANY of this information sounds familiar. If not, are you aware you can order your original birth certificate from WA state which will identify for you your birth mom’s name at the very least. The cost is minimal maybe $20. Just google "WA state adoptee original birth certificate"
444. SalomaDee : Looking for older brother on behalf of a friend. We believe he was named Justin, born in 1980 in Auburn, Washington. His mother’s name may have been Susan. We don’t have a surname. Susan may have attended high school in Tacoma. The biological father was Thomas Sydney Standfill (b.23Mar1964). Susan and Thomas met at a party in Federal Way, WA. It is believed Thomas signed away parental rights. Susan and her parents moved out of state with the baby. His younger half-sister would like to find him.
446. PaulKugel : Born at west side hospital Seattle wa but that hospital is no longer. Went to a catholic orphanage for 10 months then adopted. Maybe orphanage was in Burien wa
447. Deetized : My mom had a son from a marriage previous to my father’s fathers and I’ve always wondered who and where he was. My mom’s maiden name is Carolyn Fay Gould her last name is now Roy from the marriage to my dad and I’m unsure of the name that was from the marriage that my brother I’m looking for was. I’m pretty sure over hearing he was in Colorado. I’m bout sure if gay was location Of birth or adoption or...? But I know that my mom always said that she gave my brother up for adoption because his father died from cancer and she wasn’t able to handle it. But she’s lied so much idk if that’s true?
Thank you for helping me.

449. Revans90 : I am searching for my daughter who I had to give up at birth. I was 15 & had no other alternative. She was born 10/26/1969 in Tacoma, WA. She would have possibly been listed as Baby Girl Dennis. My name at the time was Elaine Ruth (Stratis) Dennis. I believe a couple I stayed with for a while might have adopted her. Their names were Gary & Bonnie Stewart. They had 2 older children a boy and girl that I do not remember their names, but they also had 2 younger children also a boy & girl names Michael & Colleen Stewart.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
