Her husband was in the navy and doing sea-duty at the time of my birth. Birth-mother was employed as a secretary in a legal firm. I am of Norweigen decent and adopted to family in Idaho Falls, ID 2 weeks after birth, 09-09-1963. Birth-father is known only to my birth-mother. 1961. Deb-marshall : Her birth name is Lacey June Wilton born in Seattle Washington at the Virginia Mason hospital. Sandra Wilton and the CPS people out of Kent Washington met with me to sign papers for an open adoption. I was told I would have to relinquish my parental rights as part of the procedure. Afterwards when I contacted Sandra Wilton to set up the over night visitations she informed me that she was not able to do the open adoption however Lacey was spending weekends with a couple that wants to adopt her, which would be a closed adoption and doesn’t want me involved in her life. Because I relinquished my rights there was nothing I could do.
