The birth mother is Denise (Woods) Blanchard and father is Michael Paul Blanchard. We haf very distant contact with Ms. Blanchard and closer contact with Mr. Blanchard. All of the siblings were born in Seattle, WA, we believe. We know that one of the 6 that were born prior to our son, Matthew Paul Blanchard, is deceased. We also believe that one set of grandparents may have adopted one or more of the siblings. Matthew was born at Swedish Hospital.
294. Wendyferrin : My brother, Terry, and myself, Wendy, are looking for a full brother that our parents had to give up for adoption because they were not married yet. The baby was born in Everett WA on 12/19/1954. We have been told by an aunt that the adoptive mother was a piano teacher, and that the adopted boy played the piano. Dr. Bubenick of Aberdeen WA was the one that set up the adoption. The attorney’s last name was Abel. He was a cousin of the birth father.
I have one baby photo that was in my baby book of the son that our parents gave up for adoption. It is a studio photo that was given to them. I am assuming that our mother was given some information about the baby for awhile, and this photo was sent to her, possibly through a third party.
The finalized adoption date was 09/07/1955.
295. PlewisPEG : I am 50 years old. I was given to Catholic Childrens Services in Seattle, Washington. I am looking for parents. Surname was Campbell, born at Providence Hospital in September.

I had tried looking for you as a teen but I was told information would never be released until you turned 18 and only is you asked as this was a closed adoption. Our birth Mother is Ellen Davis.
