His name was Robert Auther Storms. My mom’s name is Judith Mae Shope (maiden)‚ and we lived on Whidbey Island and Skagit Valley areas. We moved to Utah in 1972-73.
I was born in Ogden‚ Utah in 1957‚ and lived in Washington until 1973.
I need to find any adoption papers stating my step-father actual legally adopted us children after my father’s death.
