Helens fathers name is Clarence Bower and she has a sister named Donna Bower. All of which resided in Finley/Kennewick Washington (eastern washington) at the time of birth. I dont have the actual birth date just that it was in 1964

I was told that my birth mother was very young around 13-16 yrs old and birth father was similar age range.
