2829. Inarzokay : My mother was born and raised in CA‚ but when she got pregnant before i was born she went to WA soley to have to have the baby. I was told a few details when when I was old enough to understand‚ but not many. She said she got to name the baby Jenny (Jennifer?). She believes she met the adoptive parents at the hospital. When she signed the papers‚ from her understanding‚ they were able to put the adoptive parents name as the birth parents‚ so its possible the baby/child grew up without ever knowing she was adopted. (Again this is all from memory of what my mother told me about 30 years ago‚ as we had not spoken much about the topic.)
2830. ColetteQ : My grandmother had a baby girl in the Seattle area between about 1963-1965 and gave her up for adoption when she was born. I have been looking for my aunt for a very long time. My grandma’s name was Carol Lee Talbot‚ then was married and changed her name to Broom‚ then divorced/remarried and changed her name to Warber. Later she divorced/remarried and changed her name to Clark. The women (my aunt) I am looking for has a white mom (my grandma)‚ and either a Hispanic or Black father (unknown name/ethnicity). I would love advice on how I can find my aunt with just my grandmother’s name. Please- any suggestions would help. She would be around 60 now.
