A Few of Our Members Currently Searching Within Washington Who Chose To Be Featured
1501. Judyspoelstra : I was born in 1960 in Kennewick Washington and moved to a foster facility in Walla Walla Washington for a few months before I was adopted.
1502. Jon-jon1977 : My birth certificate says I was born in Bellingham, WA. DOB November 23rd, 1977 adopted to Steve and Marilyn. They had one son at the time of adoption.
1503. AngHalliday : I was told that i was born 9/16/75 at Overlake hospital in Bellevue wa. Recent findings indicate that may be about 3 years off. I was bounced around a lot growing up and have very very little memories of my childhood. Names i remember: Dorothy,Scott, Robin, Gail and Karla Halliday... Jackie Paul, Annie Lawrence....
1504. Airpip99 : Hi I am looking for my sister Alicia. I don’t know exactly when the adoption took place but she was born in Vancouver, WA on November 1st, 1989. Any information would be so much appreciated .
1509. Kedari : I am attempting to find a relative of my wife, this is very important to her. The relative was Cherokee Indian and was adopted at birth. We know nothing more than her name at time of death which is Opal Miller-Neighbors. Any info is very appreciated.
1512. Grammyof3 : Know she was adopted by a family with the last name of Bocock, believe she was adopted at an older age. Her name is Deborah Hiatt Bocock. She is deaf been in and out of jail in king county and others but not sure which ones.
1514. Craigvhoward55 : My Mother Edith Elaine Ellinger, DOB 11-18-1930 had a son and gave him up for adoption in either 1957, 1958 possibly 1959. She told a family member later in life that she had a one night stand and gave birth to a son, (she was living somewhere in Washington State), and gave him to a friend. That’s all we know.
1515. Crystallynnrude : All I know is the birth father (my dad) was William H Rude and the mother’s name was Claire and the child might have been born in King County. I have a picture that the mother sent my father with the date October 19, 1980. The date of birth is based on that photo, so it could be wrong. My dad also could have lied about the child being put up for adoption. My mom said that his mother kept the child, but my dad claims he was adopted. This is searching for a needle in a haystack, but it would be awesome if I could find my half brother.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
