I had gone to prison and cekia was with her dad who is disabled. Dcfs convinced him that he was not able to care for her and he gave up his rights. I wasnt an option due to prior issues with cps and she was put into foster care. Dcfs never contacted mine or her fathers family’s to have relatives adopt her and i later found out that someone from that agency adopted her. That in itself is a conflict of interest in the case. Where ever you are i wont stop looking for you as long as there is a breath in my body we love you and wont give up til we find you againthe photo was how you looked the last time i saw you
