My biological mother, Patti Jo Dugger found me when I was 21. She put me in touch with who she swears is my father. We live in different states. He has only texted me, never spoken to me on the phone. We did a home DNA test and it came back negative. I am aware that those tests are not accurate so I asked if he would be willing to do a blood test with me, but he said he accepted the results as true.
