2865. Hwy48 : Looking for half-brother. Our mother’s name was Doris "Renee" Neel. She was born 3/15/55. She would have been approximately 15 when my half-brother was born. She was from the Wenatchee‚ Washington area. She was not a good historian but did mention that she had given him the first and middle name of Robert Sean. She wasn’t sure if that name had been retained by the adopting family. She also mentioned that the adoptive family may have been in the barbering business.
