His birth mother’s first name was Arneta‚ born in Illinois‚ African American‚ around 20 years old at the time. Police found him alone in 1977 during a period when his mother was struggling. He was in foster care in Wyoming and Colorado before adoption. We are hoping to connect with biological family for medical and personal history.

His name was Lloyd Owen Kinder‚ and he was stationed there at the army base in Tacoma Washington. He said that he must’ve had kids all over the world‚ because I found a brother from France‚ who looked me up on Ancestry.
