1054. LittleSister1 : My mother, Alice Benevides (maiden name) is deceased now, but confirmed what I learned from my aunt that she gave a baby away to a catholic place in Fall River, Mass. which is located high on a hill there. She may have given away two babies. She could not keep the baby. The father’s name was Richard Carpenter of N. Dighton, Mass. My aunt’s name is Irene Barthold, but when she took my mother there, her married name was Irene Costa. My mother lived at 40 Godfrey Street, Taunton, MA 02780 at that time (her parents’ home). My name is Brenda Brucker (maiden name was Benevides too). I was born on 6/30/60. Thank you. I would love to meet my brother or sister. My mother had two other children after my birth my brother was born in 1961 and my sister was born in 1965.
1055. Selefl1977 : Mothers name was Mary Elizabeth Chase from Syracuse NY

Looking for father’s side.
He was possibly in the Navy and porting out of Peaks Island‚ Maine.
That’s all I know.
Possible first name - Mark ???
1058. SeanBagginsFord : I was told by my foster parents that my biological last name is Baggins and I was born in South Boston. My foster parents told me they took me in within 10 days of being born and changed my last name to theirs, Ford.
1059. MerryBerry : I am searching for my birth mother and family. I was born in Boston at a small Catholic Hospital, which has since closed. I was baptized at St. Mark’s in Dorchester. I was placed in foster care for about 5 months and adopted just after Thanksgiving.
1061. Chyenne182 : Douglas Batchelor (Father)
Mothers last name Lauro
She was given up after a year or more, not at birth.
Louse was her given birth middle name
1062. Wildtech : I am looking for both my birth parents and brother. I was born January 5, 1977. My birth certificate says I was born in Bangor Maine and the my mother’s name is Doris Leah Gail Butler, and my fathers name is VanTran (we do not believe he is my father). My brother is named Adam and we were both taken away from our mother by the state of Florida sometime in the very early eighties. There was a man trying to get visitation with me while I was in foster care but could not prove relation (we think he may have been my father).
1064. MARYELIZOCONNOR : At the time of my birth, my mother was 26 years old, 5’2 and 118lbs. She had medium complexion, brown hair and brown eyes. She was the only child of Catholic parents of English decent. She was a college grad and worked as a teacher for 4 years. My birth father was 28, 6’ tall, 190lbs and of Lithuanian decent. At the time of my mother’s referral to Catholic Charites on 10/8/1962 she had been married for 5 months to a man to whom she was engaged for 7 years. During the year before her marriage, she became briefly involved with my birth father. At the time of marriage, my mother’s husband was unaware of the pregnancy. Long story short, her and her husband decided to give me up and tell family members she had lost the baby. I was born in Boston Lying-In-Hospital and baptized 11/30/1962 at St. Mary’s Church in Franklin, MA. I am hoping to find any living family members.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
