2735. Nothingnunya : My birth parents are Sandra M Evju and Duane Ellsworth Cokonougher. Duane was born in 1945 in Ohio and died of a drug overdose in 1985 in Boston‚ Massachusetts. He served in the Army in the 60s. I know of 2 half siblings and was told there were many other children he sired. I am Duane's oldest daughter born in June 1968 in Boston‚ Massachusetts. If your father's name is Duane Ellsworth Cokonougher I would like to hear from you.

I believe there is only one hospital in Newton‚ the Newton Wellesley Hospital‚ so I was probably born there. I was adopted through the Boston Children's Service Association in December 1961. I do not know the names of my birth parents or what my birth name was. I was given the surname of Kay.

He is tall and of medium build‚ with brown hair‚ grey eyes‚ and fair skin. The family is civic minded and plays an active part in the life of their community. As the family was unable to provide a home for the baby‚ they felt that adoption was the very best plan.

I believe she gave birth to this baby girl at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Brighton‚ Mass. Her doctor may have been a Dr. Donovan. Mother was living in Newton‚ Mass. at the time of the birth. My mother later met and married my father in 1948.
2744. Leahdel88 : Searching for any of my biological family. I was born in Massachusetts October 23‚ 1988. I was surrendered to Jewish Family and Children Services. Biological Grandmother inquired for information on August 24th‚ 1988. Mother was 34 when I was born (making her 59 or 60 today).
Biological father was 25 when I was born (would be 50 or 51 now). He also had a five year old daughter (now 30 or 31 years old) when I was born - from a different relationship.
This was a closed adoption‚ but I am in a period of self-discovery and and there were some medical concerns about my birth mother that I am anxious to learn more about and am currently working with the court system to open my adoption file.
