A Few of Our Members Currently Searching Within Massachusetts Who Chose To Be Featured
2146. Mistysboyz02 : I was born at Framingham Union hospital. I am told I was adopted via the state agency. A thermometer holder was in with my things that had a piece of masking tape with the name “Hirsch” upon my departure of the hospital‚ which I was there for 2 weeks bc I was told my birth mom didn’t want me going into foster care system. I don’t believe this to be factual tho as a hospital wouldn’t hold onto me without medical reason. I have done ancestry and 23&me‚ however not 1 dna match with immediate family has shown up. I found a 1st cousin but she knows nothing of me‚ or the name. She said it could be thru her fathers side but she has never had contact with his side of the family. So I have nothing to go on besides the hospital/city/state I was born at and my date of birth. So I’m hoping to connect with anybody.
2147. Laquisheh : I am looking for my daughter who was born in Greenfield‚ Massachusetts in February 21‚ 2002 at Greenfield Medical center. To laquishe Holcomb. Maiden last name wells. Was a closed adoption and went thru department of social services. Name at birth was Symphony Shanice Holcomb.
2148. Plengemar : Last name would have been Wynn (or wyn‚ winn‚ something like that). I’m not looking to ruin anyone’s life. I’m just trying to put the pieces of mine together. My questions are mostly medical and my curiosity is non-resentful. Even though my childhood and 20’s were difficult‚ I have a beautiful life now. I have parents‚ I’m not looking for some grand reunion... just answers to some questions.
2149. Michael5555 : I am looking for my older brother we were both adopted out seperately in closed adoptions. My birth name is christopher adam hollister. My brothers birth name is Steven hollister jr according to a family member they believed he was adopted and raised in gardner massachusetts as was i. We were born in Massachusetts I was born june 2 1987 he is a few years older than me I believe he was born in the year 1985 or 1984
2150. DanQQ4mom : I’m 60 years old now and living in the Washington DC area. Lived in Boston and grew up in western Mass.
I really would love to find my birth mother and maybe siblings. My family members have all passed. I’m only looking for love and respect. I’m my own man and have zero financial issues.
I’m also a gay man. Very masculine. My husband of 33 years passed a few years ago. Currently playing the dating game. Good grief Charlie Brown.
I am a great cook and actually good at everything except making babies! Ha ha.
2151. NatickGirl : I just found out that my parents had another child after I was born and when they were no longer married. She was born in Leonard Morse hospital in Natick‚ MA. Her birth parents were named Elizabeth and Thomas.
I hope she has had a good life and loving family‚ and would be grateful to connect with her and introduce her to the rest of her birth family.
2152. Kristin1968 : I was born Easter Sunday April 14‚1968 roughly 8 pm. My adoptive parents told me the agency was friends And family maybe Rhode island. I’ve always wanted to know where I came from.
2154. MrGarrettP : Hello my name is Garrett. I am trying to find my biological father. From what my biological mother has told me‚ he was a one night stand. So chances of finding him are slim to none. My mother’s name is Christine Frizzell‚ her mother is Mary. They are originally from Everett Massachusetts but moved to Laconia NH in the 90s. I was adopted by my adopted parents a day after my birth. I do have contact with my biological mother and grandmother but they don’t know who my father is.
2159. PNelson1963 : My mother‚ named Paula Grace Leavitt was the child of biological mother Quinceana Ruth Leach from Errol‚ NH. My mother and Quinceana spoke on the telephone and planned on meeting but my mother died unexpectedly so this did not occur. This was 35 years ago. This week a lady reached out to me via ancestry.com as she recently uploaded her dna and we matched. She is Quinceanas daughter also and she was given up for adoption also 10 years after my mother was. Today doing some research I found that Quinceana went to Berlin High School in NH and was in graduating class of 1941. I find several on line yearbooks except that year. I have through ancestry found Quinceanas parents‚ siblings‚ grandparent and so on but very very little information on Quinceana Leach. I have been trying to find a photo‚ would love to be able to find the adoption papers or any documents on Quinceana. I am fairly certain my mother was born in Boston. Her adoptive parent are Walter and Laura Leavitt. They lived in Nashua NH. Any help or being pointed in a direction I might be able to find more information‚ I would be so grateful. Thank you
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
