1727. KristianaF : As a child I was told I have a half brother named Dominic‚ born around January 1999. His birth mother would have been named Amie and his possible birth father named Gerard. His possible birth father may have been in prison when he was born or shortly after. I am Gerard’s daughter. We are from Chelsea‚ MA. I believe mother has lived in Everett‚ Hyde Park‚ and Fall River. I am Gerard’s daughter‚ an only child my whole life‚ trying to find out if I do have a sibling out there.
1728. Spyderlily13 : I believe I was Born at St. Vincent’s hospital in Worcester, MA was given the name Jill Elizabeth. Only info I have is birth parents were young with mom being under 18 and both of English ancestry. I hope to find out more about my birth family. I was adopted through Catholic charities, I believe.
1729. Mfglynn762 : Since I was a child my older siblings teased that I’m adopted. I’m a little different than the rest of my siblings. I’m wondering if I was adopted within my family
1730. Janice0196 : I have been waiting my entire lifetime to meet you.
You were born in Boston, Mass. at the Boston Lying Inn Hospital , which is now Brigham and Womens Hospital. January 12, 1965.
You were taken directly from the hospital to a foster home.
The adoption Agency was located on Walnut Street, Beacon Hill, Boston. The social worker was named Mrs. Shay. You were 3 or 4 months old when I went to sign the adoption papers. I never received any copies, Mrs. Shay had to actually place my hand on the line to sign, I was so distraught, sobbing...I couldn’t see.
I’m sorry I wasn’t stronger, more independent -sorry that I didn’t have the strength to stand up to my parents and keep you.
I have regretted my actions my entire life...
1731. Mfdonohoe : Since I was a child my older siblings teased that I’m adopted. I’m a little different than the rest of my siblings. I’m wondering if I was adopted within my family
1734. TaraWP : My name is Tara P. I am a birth sister looking for an adopted sister. Looking for female born on or around October 31, 1969. Born in Boston, Mass. at Boston Lying-In Hospital. Birth mother’s name is Judith Lee Woolfson (maiden - never married). Baby was given up for adoption at birth. The birth mother was 19 years old and a college student when the baby was born. I believe baby girl was adopted through the Red Feather Adoption Agency in Boston or Brookline, Mass. The adoption was sealed so I do not have access to any additional information. If you would like to be in touch, I would love that.
I was matched with my birth mother just minutes after setting up my profile. It turns out that she had been searching for me for years. It's been a joy to connect with her and the rest of my biological family.
